Terms of Use

By downloading, installing or using Life Counter (the “app”) by NTL Work (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What the app does

Life Counter counts the time you have lived, estimates the time remaining, draws your life in weeks and keeps a journal and moment photos. All life expectancy figures are statistical estimates based on public data and what you enter, for reference and motivation only. They are not medical, financial or psychological advice.

2. Accounts

• Accounts are optional. You must be at least 13 years old to create one.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity in your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app or by following the account deletion steps.

3. Pro and billing

• Pro is offered as monthly and yearly plans (auto-renewing subscriptions) and a lifetime plan (one-time purchase). Prices and benefits are shown in the app before you confirm.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your Life Counter account does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. When a purchase is refunded or revoked, the matching Pro benefits are removed.
• Use “Restore purchases” in the app to get Pro back on a new device.

4. Your content

Your journal, photos and captions belong to you. You allow us to store and process them only to provide backup and moments as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not upload unlawful content, content that infringes others’ rights, or private images of other people without their consent.

5. Acceptable use

Do not scan, overload or interfere with our servers, work around plan limits, or reverse engineer the app for unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

6. Changes to the service

We may update, change or discontinue parts of the app. If the cloud service is shut down, we will give notice so you can export your data; data on your device keeps working.

7. Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss caused by devices or third-party services, or decisions you make based on the estimates.

8. Additional terms for iOS

For copies downloaded from the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without affecting consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
